Does AMI market to my customers directly?
No. AMI will never reach out to your customers on your behalf or market directly to you customers for other needs. Contacts are stored solely for sellers using our platform to connect with their own connections. Our Privacy Policy clearly outlines this.
I'm based in the European Union. Is AMI GDPR-compliant?
Yes. AMI is GDPR and Privacy Shield certified. We take security very seriously. If you would like to request to be forgotten forever from our system (or have a customer requesting this), please contact us at [email protected]
Is my data with AMI safe?
Absolutely. We take security very seriously. Our founders have a system working with sensitive human resources and recruiting data for Fortune 500 companies. Sensitive data is encrypted using AES 128 CBC encryption with unique random encryption keys for each piece of data. All of our databases are encrypted at rest with AES-256, block-level storage encryption. You can find more details about our data at rest encryption here.
Will AMI automatically charge me after my free trial?
No. We do not require a credit card when you sign up for your free trial. You can sign up at any time after or during your trial.
Are there different payment options available?
Yes. We have a monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and yearly payment plan. Our 3-month, 6-month, and yearly plans offer AMI at a discount. All plans renew automatically.

Is AMI available in multiple languages?
AMI currently only supports English-speaking sellers across the world. We have sellers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond using our app. Our goal is to begin offering AMI in other languages starting the end of 2021.

Yes! Since Spring 2019, AMI has supported sellers from any company. You have the ability to record products you sell in addition to uploading your customers to the app.
